The Office of the Ombudsman is committed to thoroughly investigating and addressing concerns brought to the attention of our team. To help ensure that each concern is addressed appropriately, the Office enlists the help of experienced, independent, investigators with subject matter expertise to investigate into specific issues. The Office of the Ombudsman investigators hold a variety of professional backgrounds necessary for investigating employee concerns, and each is assigned to an investigation according to his experience and qualifications.


Pasha Eatedali, Investigative Staff/Attorney

Pasha Eatedali

Pasha Eatedali was the first staff member of the Ombudsman Program, joining the team in late August 2006. He is responsible for establishing many of the key elements of the program. He has performed numerous reviews of legal documents, written and analyzed reports, drafted memos and provided counsel on investigative matters. He has worked directly with concerned individuals on substantive issues.

Eatedali is a graduate of The University of the District of Columbia - David A. Clarke School of Law in Washington, DC and The University of Richmond.

Noshad Abbassi, Investigative Staff

Noshad Abbassi

Noshad Abbassi is a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law and George Mason University. He joined the Office of the Ombudsman in the spring of 2006. Abbassi serves as one of the primary contacts for people calling the Ombudsman Office. Prior to his tenure in the Ombudsman Office, he worked in human resources in the airline industry.
