The BP America Ombudsman Program is an independent program led by Judge Stanley Sporkin (Ret.) who reports directly to Bob Malone, Chairman and President of BP America.
Activities
The Ombudsman Program is available to assist BP America employees, contractors and management with safety and environmental issues. The program operates across the United States wherever BP America conducts activities.
